If you are interested in a career in the U.S. Military, or are interested in learning more about YOUR interests/abilities, please consider taking the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 18th,  2014 @ 8:15am on the Mt Blue Campus! You are not commiting to the service if you choose to take this battery. There will be a follow up meeting with a career exploration rep to review your scores and to look at post- secondary opportunities!

Lake Region Vocational Center hosted its first Career & Technical Education College Fair on Wednesday, October 29 . Over 160 LRVC juniors and seniors attended the event in the LRVC Great Room to speak to the 28 colleges and post-secondary training programs who came to the event. The LRHS Sophomore Academy, whose focus is college and career pathways, also attended to speak to the participants.

The 4th Annual Pumpkin Auction fundraiser for LRVC SkillsUSA and FBLA was once again a great success. The bids for the pumpkins were enthusiastic and generous! A big thank you to the Black Bear Cafe for hosting this event.
