Congratulations to Josh Kennie, a second year Commercial Art student from Bonny Eagle, for winning the Haven's Candies Sticker Tagline Contest for their 100 year anniversary!
Haven's Candies is Maine's oldest chocolatier and includes the likes of Intel and HBO as it's customers.
Josh designed the new tagline: "Keeping Maine Sweet for 100 Years"
It will be used as the tagline on their website as well as the stickers on all their packaging!!

We serve students from three area high schools.....Lake Region High School, Fryeburg Academy, and Sacopee Valley High School.

We are starting the school year with 93 morning session students  and 131 afternoon session students.

We offer 11 vocational programs.

We serve 8th grade students in Diversified Occupations.

Automotive Technology is NATEF (National Automotive Technician Education Foundation) Certified and students leave with multiple ASE (Automotive Service Excellence)...

Ten students from sending schools, Lake Region High School, Sacopee Valley High School and Fryeburg Academy, received their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificates from the Maine State Board of Nursing in May 2014.

Health Occupations is a one year program which includes learning about patient care and safety, nursing ethics, medical terminology and medical technology. Instruction takes place in an up-to-date and well-equipped classroom with practicums at both Bridgton Health Care...

Quinn Sluzenski, Computer Electronics student at the St. Croix Regional Technical Center, competed last week in the SkillsUSA National Competitions in Kansas City. After successfully advancing to the second round in the Prepared Speech competition, Quinn was awarded the Bronze Medal! SCRTC would like to congratulate Quinn on her outstanding accomplishment. Kolbe Clifford of Casco Bay and David Dutton of Cape Elizabeth claimed third place at the 65th Annual National Champion at the Ford/AAA Student Auto Skills National Finals at Ford World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan! 

 

Students were graded on quality repair workmanship and safety, combined with the results of a written examination taken previously.
